She has a postgraduate diploma in executive coaching; an&amp;nbsp;Executive Master of Business Administration(MBA) from Portsmouth University; and&amp;nbsp;is a Postgraduate in the leadership and career development programme for NHS managers. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;(e)&amp;nbsp;poppy@mhfaengland.org(m) 07795 298 944Chris MorganBusiness&amp;nbsp;Development Director, Mental Health First Aid England CICProfile: Chris joined the South East Development Centre (SEDC) of National Institute for Mental Health/Care Services Improvement Partnership in March 2004 as a Development Consultant for Suicide Prevention, taking on the Programme Lead role in January 2006.&amp;nbsp; Chris has a degree in Business Studies, and an MBA from London Business School.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;He qualified as an ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Trainer in January 2007, and sees MHFA as a complementary training course to ASIST. She has spent the last 12 months working for the Eastern Development Centre to build capacity within the Eastern Region in promoting two new initiatives; Mental health First Aid and Mindful Employer.&amp;nbsp; Lesley has organised and partly trained&amp;nbsp;three cohorts of instructor training for the eastern Region to enable wider delivery of Mental Health First Aid across the Region. Lesley is a now a newly appointed trainer to the National Training Team. She is continuing her role as National coordinator for the East of England with an instructor network which meets regularly to share delivery experiences and provide up to date information and for the instructors to develop themselves personally.&amp;nbsp;Each instructor attending the network will receive a CPD (continuing Personal Development) certificate.&amp;nbsp; The second initiative Mindful Employer works towards positive mental health in the workplace with employers and supports local employer hosts within each county in linking employers together through Mindful Employer Networks.&amp;nbsp; Currently Lesley has established in her new role as lead coordinator for two Mindful Employer Networks in Essex. &amp;nbsp;Lesley is highly enthusiastic, self motivated and trustful individual who always strives to achieve a very high standard in whatever is undertaken, to reduce stigma and discrimination within workplaces.(m) 07908 616149&amp;nbsp; (t) 01245 608307(e) lesley.bailey@interact.org.ukSarah Joy Boldison,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Dip COT, MSc Profile: Sarah Joy is an Occupational Therapist by background who has a rich tapestry of experience working in a range of mental health settings. She has a Masters Degree in Management Development and Social responsibility and is a Graduate of the Common Purpose Programme (Bristol). She was a Trustee of Circles Network for 10 Years, and has held many roles in a voluntary capacity in the voluntary and community sector. She has worked for both the University of Bath, setting up and running a Mental Health Practice Programme and the National Institute for Mental Health in England on a variety of projects. Her last post with the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) was job sharing the Social Inclusion Consultancy Post with her colleague Trish Stokoe. Her current post includes supporting the Arts and Culture part of the social inclusion work, leading on Mental health First Aid and supporting the &amp;lsquo;New Ways of Working&amp;#39; Implementation.She is passionate about inclusion and human rights issues and the importance of whole systems work, alongside the quality of leadership and team-working needed to bring about positive change.She currently chairs a diverse group of activists called Inclusion South West, who aspire to bring some of the current policy aspirations to life in our Region. Currently, as Director of Mental Health Support Training and Consultancy Ltd&amp;nbsp;he facilitates training programmes in Mental Health First Aid/Awareness, Vulnerability Management, Assertiveness and Animal Assisted Therapy. He also works in association with Simon Weston O.B.E. on bespoke projects and provide training for National Mind. He has worked within the field of mental health since 1987, holding appointments in both the statutory and voluntary sectors: prior to&amp;nbsp;his present position he completed the original English adaptation of the Australian &amp;lsquo;Mental Health First Aid&amp;#39; training programme on behalf of MIND. Previously&amp;nbsp;he was employed for ten years, initially as a service user participation facilitator, and then special needs lead, for a group of specialist housing associations providing supported accommodation for people with mental health problems, autism / aspergers syndrome, and older people. Prior to this, while studying for&amp;nbsp;his Masters degreee in Environmental Psychology,&amp;nbsp;he was employed by MIND both as a Researcher, and a drop-in co-ordinator. For the preceding six years&amp;nbsp;he worked for the London Borough of Richmond in a range of mental health practitioner roles: two years as head of care and support of the Twining Mental Health Employment Resource Centre; two and a half years as a day centre support worker and eighteen months as a residential social worker. Although her therapeuticand training work is based on Person Centred Psychotherapy, she takes an holistic and integrative view with the people she works with, allowing her to use a mixture of approaches according to their needs.&amp;nbsp; Caroline also has regular professional supervision and support to enable her to work more effectively&amp;nbsp; and keep abreast of developments in theory and research.Caroline spent a number of years working with children and adults as a careers consultant and counsellor.&amp;nbsp; During this period, she often worked with young people and young adults, who were either at risk or dealing with substantial stress and trauma.&amp;nbsp; This led to her interest in the process of decision making and the life factors that influence an individual&amp;#39;s views.&amp;nbsp; She observed that&amp;nbsp;people who concentrated their energies in a positive direction were more likely to flourish.Today she is a strong believer in preventative work, empowering people to focus on caring for themselves, rather than waiting for a crisis.&amp;nbsp; She is also a strong advocate for reducing the stigma that still surrounds mental health and feels that&amp;nbsp; MHFA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;is vital to support this public health issue.(e) caroline@phoenixphilosophy.co.uk(m) 0786 329 5411Gerard RosenbergProfile: As CEO of Daybreak Training, Gerard Rosenberg has been working on mental health media and training for many years. He has trained with the Richmond Fellowship and has worked with organisations such as Crime Reduction Initiatives and Alternatives to Violence on mental health issues.&amp;nbsp;Gerard is fully qualified in MHFA and ASIST training and is at the forefront of introducing these courses throughout England.
